Hi everyone! My name is Jazzmyn and I am the team lead / Dental assistant. I have been at Huntington Family Dental for 6 years and have loved every minute of it! That includes our online Patient Portal you will have access to once you become a patient, where you can request an appointment, view upcoming appointments for the whole family, complete and edit new patient forms that let you spend less time away from kids, home, and work when you aren't required to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment.
